Systematic Botany & Mycology Fungal Databases
There are a number of ways to find the information you desire - search by nomenclature, specimens or literature for example. Descriptions of the five fungal databases are helpful as well. A well-organized and user-friendly medium for locating fungus.
This relational database stores phylogenetic trees and the data
matrices used to generate them from published research papers. Submit phylogenetic data or discover what is known about phylogentic relationships through access to published studies and the data trees they contain.
